Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped you will receive a Tracking Number via email. Shipping inside of Ireland should take between 2-3 working days. Orders being shipped outside of Ireland can take between 5 - 10 working days.
All of our products are printed and embroidered in store and sometimes during busy periods there can be some delays, If we think there will be delays on our end we will email you and let you know.

If you select the collect in-store option in shipping method you can collect your order at the address below.
Once your order is fulfilled we will send you an email letting you know that it is ready for collection.
Our store is open from 9am - 4pm Mon - Fri but please check in with us before collection.
If you accidentally selected Collect In-Store and would like to have your order posted out to you please purchase the An Post Express delivery at the link below and select Collect In-Store for this purchase.
RETURN POLICY :
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item isn't acceptable for resale then we cannot offer you a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift cards are non refundable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase, In this case we can offer our customers store credit.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges/Change of size (if applicable)
If you need to change size or exchange for the same item :
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
- Mail your item to the address below.
- Please include a note with information about your change of size.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item we will email to let you know that your change of size/exchange is ready for collection/shipping. If you need to have your Change of size/exchange posted back out to you please purchase the An Post Express delivery at the link below and select Collect In-Store for this purchase.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
